Scaling up Anticipatory Action System for Resilience Building for ECHO HIP 2026

About this project

Building on ECHO-funded pilots and joint FAO?WFP initiatives, this proposed action seeks to strengthen and expand institutionalization of Anticipatory Action (AA) across provincial systems, embedding AA into DRM frameworks and development planning. The project will scale up tested protocols, strengthen coordination structures, and enhance the operational capacities of Disaster Management Authorities (DMAs) to act before crises escalate.
