Renforcer durablement la securite sanitaire des aliments d?origine animale travers l?amelioration des conditions d?abattage, des pratiques d?hygi ne et du contr le sanitaire des viandes. Ce projet contribuera la protection de la sante publique, au renforcement des capacites des acteurs de la fili re viande et une meilleure gestion des dechets d?abattage, en vue d?ameliorer durablement la qualite sanitaire des produits carnes et le bien- tre des populations.
