About this project
The programme aims to increase resilience to climate change of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) by removing barriers to access financial and non-financial services for adopting and implementing climate change best adaptation measures • The programme will cover areas with low Private Sector Facility footprint and high prioritization for GCF (100 per cent adaptation and Central America region) • It incorporates the successful aspects and lessons learned from a previously successful programme, CAMBio I, including a larger focus on harder to reach beneficiaries including women-led MSMEs. • The programme is expected to contribute to mainstreaming climate change adaptation finance in the financial sector on both the demand and supply side.
