This will improve the monitoring process and results, while reducing technical inconsistencies. To generate all this information, it is required a consolidation effort, interoperability, and project actions to allow a public, secure and democratic knowledge management of deforestation and degradation data, and generation of methodologies and validation for deforestation causes information, whose data can be institutionalized and validated. This work will involve development of capacities of public and private actors, involved in the deforestation supervision, to use protocols and databases and make political decisions to address deforestation causes in their regions. 1.2.
