About this project

The project development objective is to empower rural livelihoods in the Kyrgyz Republic through sustainable agricultural mechanization. Long-term funds will be provided to commercial banks, which will extend Shariah-compliant sub-financing to eligible end-beneficiaries, especially smallholder farmers, for purchasing necessary machinery and equipment. The aim is to empower farmers with advanced machinery and technology, fostering a more competitive, efficient, and lucrative agricultural landscape in the Kyrgyz Republic. Through the strategic integration of mechanization, the project seeks to enhance the sector's capacity to meet market demands, increase yields, and ultimately elevate the socio-economic well-being of the agricultural community.
