About this project

The humanitarian crisis in Northeast Nigeria, particularly in Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe (BAY) States, remains severe after fifteen years of armed conflict. Persistent insecurity has displaced more than 2.25 million people, eroded livelihoods and weakening resilience. Through this project, IOM aims to enhance the protection, dignity, and well-being of vulnerable families, women, children/orphans, and internally displaced persons in Northeast Nigeria by providing multisectoral assistance that strengthens community safety, improves access to essential services, and supports inclusive, resilient, and living conditions.
