About this project
The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) is grappling with a prolonged humanitarian crisis, exacerbated by the recent escalation of conflict in 2025 involving the March 23 Movement (M23). The M23's offensive in North and South Kivu provinces has resulted in widespread displacement, forced returns under harsh conditions, and significant infrastructural damage. The project aims to address the immediate and medium-term needs of crisis-affected communities through a multifaceted approach to alleviate human suffering while upholding the dignity and rights of all individuals impacted by the ongoing crisis.
