About this project
Mozambique continues to face various crisis such as climate shocks and conflict. Most recently, heavy rains caused flood and destructions in central and southern Mozambique. This project responds to the urgent humanitarian needs of flood-affected populations, using a multi-sectoral approach. The sectors involved include Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM), Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM), Shelter/Non-Food Items (NFIs), Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Protection, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), Health, and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA). The proposed intervention is in line with the IOM Flash Appeal for the flood response in Central and Southern Mozambique.
