About this project
More than five years after the 2021 military takeover, Myanmar faces compounding political, economic and social crises. Displacement is repeated and prolonged, often to informal or collective sites where conflict and natural hazards overlap; access restrictions further limit food, shelter and non-food or water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) items, water, protection and health services. The overall objective of this project is to contribute to increased access for conflict and disaster affected people to life-saving multi-sectoral assistance, promoting equal access for the most vulnerable, including women and girls and persons with disabilities.
