About this project
Critical humanitarian needs among refugees and third-country nationals (TCNs) in the Republic of Moldova persist. As of November 2025, around 138,000 refugees from Ukraine remained in the country, representing approximately 5 per cent of the total population. The objective of this Action is to address the continued humanitarian needs of vulnerable Ukrainian refugees and third-country nationals in the Republic of Moldova, particularly those at risk of exclusion from social protection schemes and humanitarian assistance.
