About this project

No Nation Fashion (NNF) initiative is implemented by IOM as a contribution to the “Accelerating Agenda 2030 through Governance and Sustainable Growth” Joint Programme (JP), led by UNDP in partnership with UNICEF and ILO. The JP aims to accelerate progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina by strengthening integrated governance and empowering citizens, academia, and the private sector to drive inclusive and sustainable growth.Within this framework, IOM contributes under Output 2.2 through the NNF initiative, which promotes inclusive, environmentally sustainable, and human-centered business models in the textile sector. The initiative strengthens private-sector competitiveness while fostering social cohesion by engaging migrants in reception facilities alongside students and professors from partner institutions, including the Secondary School of Applied Arts, the Academy of Fine Arts Sarajevo, and the Technical Faculty in Bihać.Through collaboration with academia and private-sector actors, NNF supports innovation and market access. It facilitates the co-creation of sustainable fashion collection that showcase migrants’ creativity and promote circular design practices. Creative workshops in Temporary Reception Centres serve as platforms for skills development and social inclusion.
