About this project
2026 marks nine years since the mass displacement of the Rohingya from Myanmar, with more than one million refugees still residing in Cox's Bazar, the world's largest refugee settlement. While the Government of Bangladesh (GoB) and humanitarian actors have maintained critical lifesaving support, the crisis remains protracted and increasingly complex. Through this project, IOM continues to support Rohingya refugees in Cox's Bazar to access safe, energy-efficient cooking fuel through the sustained use of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).
