About this project
Thailand Circular Economy Financing Facility (T-CEFF) is a risk-sharing instrument that supports SME and middle market project developers in MSWTE and Bioenergy under Energy for All segments. T-CEFF accelerates Thailand’s Circular Economy Transition in a close alignment new Bio-Circular-Green Economic Model, SGDs and Thailand’s NDCs in waste management. Thailand does not have tailored risk-sharing instrument to support key green business cases. The domestic banks are currently not intensified in the investments. The design of T-CEFF fills this gap. The instrument is specifically developed to mitigate risks in the waste and biomass-based value chains and projects in a co-operation with a leading domestic commercial bank.
