Greening the future of rural and vulnerable communities in Upper Egypt

About this project

The Action aims at contributing to the country’s poverty reduction and to the achievement of the sustainable development goals, through improved food security and economic resilience of vulnerable groups. Particularly, the empowerment of youth and women plays a crucial role in the Action. It aims to respond to the pressing challenges faced by the most vulnerable rural villages in Upper Egypt, by enhancing food security, improving resilience, and diversifying livelihoods.
