About this project
Through a participatory and community-led approach, INSPIRE aims to tackle the root causes of food insecurity and poverty in Lango and Busoga to contribute to the goal of “resilient and inclusive economic development of rural lowland communities”. This goal is to be achieved with the active and full participation of smallholder farmers (SHFs) and local stakeholders from the onset. The impact that INSPIRE aims to contribute to is “increased income and livelihood resilience of SHFs to climate change and market failures” in both regions.
