About this project

This activity builds on lessons, experiences and gains from ANSWER. Implemented in selected districts (refugee and none refugee hosting) in West Nile Region, activity will achieve 4 main outputs: 1. Strengthened public health facilities and community health systems that offer integrated, quality, equitable and inclusive , within climate and epidemic resilient health systems. 2. Safe Schools and communities, with strengthened capacity to deliver sexuality education, prevent/respond to SGBV and meet SRHR needs of young people. 3. Supportive socio cultural and policy environment that enables Women, adolescents/young people and marginalized groups to realize their SRHR. 4. Women, youth and marginalized populations are economically empowered to overcome barriers in access to and realization of their SRHR. At the outcome level, activity aims to reduce maternal morality, teenage pregnancies, SGBV occurrences and unmet need for contraceptive services.
