About this project

The IEP project empowers agri-farmers and dairy farmers with best practices to enhance production and quality. Farmers’ committees will be formed to facilitate collective buying and selling. The private sector, including MSMEs, will be linked to primary producers, enhancing business development and increasing demand for agricultural inputs. Central to this initiative is the Agro-Industrial Incubator (AII), which connects farmers to markets, supports innovation, and ensures sustainable income. The AII incorporates dairy, cereals, pulses, and animal feed units, adopting eco-friendly energy and establishing a wastewater treatment plant to boost local agricultural productivity and sustainability. The IEP project will also benefit from Dutch knowledge institutions.
