About this project
The proposed Twinning Initiative will pair Bangladesh, a new Party to the UN Water Convention, with the Netherlands, an experienced Party, to strengthen Bangladesh’s capacity for Convention implementation and transboundary water cooperation. Building on a long-standing bilateral partnership in delta and water management, the Initiative will focus on knowledge exchange, hydro-diplomacy, climate resilience, and international water law. Activities span national trainings, regional workshops, and global engagement
