This activity supports SDU Beira (Sociedade de Desenvolvimento Urbano da cidade da Beira) in securing financial and commercial assistance to review and comment on Zhongmei’s, a Chinese Firm that undertook preparatory studies for the Port Access Road, to negotiate a term sheet that safeguards Beira’s interests, and subsequently finalize project documents (e.g. Concession Agreement, financing agreements).
