About this project

NWP will carry out a Water Sector Scan for the Dutch Embassy’s water portfolio in the next 3–5 years. The Water Sector Scan shall offer guidance on relevant themes, implementing partners and key stakeholders to engage within Egypt’s water sector, while aligning with Dutch and Egyptian priorities and policies, and drawing on Dutch expertise. A limited bidding process has been conducted to choose the best consultant to conduct this assignment. The terms of reference has been sent out to 5 candidates, out of which 2 submitted quotations: Rebel Group, and Netherlands Water Partnership foundation in collaboration with consultant Rob Steijn. After assessing both quotations based on qualitative, team composition and pricing criteria, the winning bid is by NWP (in collab. with Rob Steijn).
