About this project

Four-year PSD2 proposal by GNBCC to support EKN Ghana’s horticulture and cocoa objectives through two main pillars: capacity building and enabling environment. The programme combines support to youth and women-led SMEs, horticulture sector coordination through HBP and POMBI, business enabling environment dialogue with government, promotion of trade and investment ties between Ghana and the Netherlands, and lighter Embassy-requested support on cocoa coalition facilitation, access to finance follow-up actions, trade missions, fairs, and related stakeholder engagement. It also includes a portfolio-level PMEL / results measurement support function. It is positioned as a follow-up to PSD1 with stronger alignment to the Embassy’s broader horticulture approach and Dutch-funded ecosystem.
