About this project

The Business Seed Partnership (BSP) is the continuation of the first-year Ghana-Netherlands Seed Partnership (25-0001850), implemented from September 2025 to June 2026 as a pilot and learning phase. The BSP will run from July 2026 to June 2029 and aims to strengthen the performance, sustainability and resilience of Ghana’s commercial vegetable seed sector. Activities are organised around four work packages: private sector representation and coordination, commercial seedling production, variety trials, and market development. The partnership brings together Ghanaian and Dutch public, private and knowledge-sector actors and builds on lessons and partnerships established during the first year.
