コックスバザール県の BFDC 水産センターにおいて、水揚げ場等施設、関連機材の整備を行うことにより、漁獲物の水揚効率の向上、衛生的な取扱いによる漁獲物の品質向上を図り、もって同県の水産業従事者の生産性向上と流通水産物の損失減少、ホストコミュニティの生計向上に寄与するもの。
