タンザニア全土において、TADB への中長期資金供給を通じた農家等へのツーステップローン供与及び TADB への能力向上支援を実施することにより、タンザニアの農業・農村開発金融に係る金融仲介機能の円滑化及び農業生産性向上を図り、農業・農村セクターの産業化・商業化に資するのみならず、タンザニア国内外の食料安全保障に寄与するもの。
